First Lady, Pastor N.L Johnson, BA (Hons) is a qualified and registered Social Worker, who has a real passion to inspire, encourage, empower and motivate people. Her heart for international development/missions and orphan-care has been ignited by her passion for orphan ministry, which she first discovered through her work in South Africa and subsequently in Cambodia. She has delivered many workshops in High Schools and various organisations, she enjoys helping people and making a positive difference especially through spoken word and poetry, she enjoys writing and writing songs, she is an author of the best selling book Trying is Not Failing; Failing is Not Trying found on www.firstladybooks.com or www.drmohammedjohnson.com/store.htm 

She is happily married to Dr. Johnson and a mother of 5 beautiful children, she supports her husband in leadership and running various church and empowerment  programmes  internationally.

She is also a Leadership, Excel Creative Arts Lecturer, and Head of Missions & Parenting Courses at Excel University www.theexceluniversity.org.
