Pastor:

Pastors are in the church to guide people spiritually, to protect and lead the people effectively. The qualifications for a pastor/minister are highlighted in the book of 1Timothy 3:1.

A Pastor officiates marriages, baptisms, dedications and burials for people
A Pastor is humble and protects
A Pastor is a servant who leads by positive example.

Deacon/Minister/Elder:
(Minister, Leader, Teacher & Preacher of the Gospel, Aid, Assistant, Care For, Support)

Deacons/Ministers/Elders are in the church to guide people spiritually, to protect and lead the people effectively. The qualifications for a Deacon/Minister/Elder are highlighted in the book of 1Timothy 3: 8-13 + 1Timothy 3:1 + 2Timothy 2:24 + Titus 1:5-9 1Timothy 4:14 - 1Timothy 5:17-19 - 1Peter 5:1-5 - James 5:14 -15, Deacons, Ministers and Elders assist in officiating marriages, baptisms, dedications and burials and pray for people who need prayer.
Deacons/Ministers/Elders are humble, they counsel and they protect.
Deacons/Ministers/Elders are servants who lead by positive example.

Counsellor:
(Someone Who Advices on Personal Problems)

Counsellors are in the church to counsel church members, new members and new believers that may want to talk with someone about personal problems or issues that may need urgent prayer and guidance immediately
A counsellor may pray for people
A counsellor may follow up people
A counsellor may pray the sinners/salvation prayer with a new person
A counsellor may advice members or new members about the Word/Bible
(The Holy Bible teaches us to bear one an other’s burdens - Galatians 6:2)

Usher:
(A Person Who Shows People To Their Seats, Door Keeper, Servant)

(Matthew 20:28 + Galatians 5:13 + Colossians 3:24) God rewards those who serve Him
Ushers are in the church to serve the Pastor, church members, and new people in the community that walk into the church.
A usher is a face of the church.
A usher is prepared to greet people and act by directing people to their seat
A usher is prepared to act and direct people to the front if a alter call is made
A usher is watchful and ensures that the church sanctuary is clean and in order
A usher gives out the offering envelopes and collects the church offerings

Follow-Up:
(Subsequent Action)

Follow-up teams are in the church to inspire people to stay grounded in God and in the faith
Follow-up is a crucial part of the church it is in the church to encourage people such as members and new believers to continue to live a righteous and God fearing life: Ecclesiastes 12:13
(The Holy Bible teaches us to stir up love and good works and bear one an other’s burdens as this fulfils the law of Christ - Hebrews 10:24, Galatians 6:2)

Worship:
(Adoration, Devotion, Honour, Magnify, Reverence)

Worship is a lifestyle it should not be something you do just on Sunday
Worshippers are in the church to lead people into presence of God
A worshipper worships God in secret and in the open, we were created to worship God
(The Holy Bible teaches us to worship God in Spirit and in truth John 4:23-24)

Children’s Church:
(Offspring, Descendant, Family)

Children are a heritage from the Lord and are the next generation of Christians and leaders for today and tomorrow. As the Bible states they are lambs. It is also important to teach children how to obey their parents, God and be obedient in church.
Children’s church is in the church ready to guide children spiritually. It is our duty to protect and serve all children and new children effectively in the church.

Evangelist:
(Preacher of the Gospel)

Evangelists are in the church to inspire others by doing the GREAT COMMISION.
A evangelist  wins souls, he that wins souls is wise: Proverbs 11:30
A evangelist shares and preaches the gospel compelling people to come: Luke 14:23

Mark 16:15)
